Our friend Murray Goodchild at Peace Farm has been building his ‘Tall Tiny House’ from salvaged and local materials over the last few months. This tiny house design and build process will soon be offered as a workshop and program at Ecoplan base in Byron Bay. Come and learn how to design and build a tiny house! Check out the full build sequence of 16 photos, featuring the 2.4 metre x 4.5 metre Tall Tiny House built on a trailer base. We look forward to photos of inside the Tall Tiny House – stay tuned for our next installment on Murray’s creation.
We like Murray’s look of determination that says ‘Darn it – I’m going to build my family a Tall Tiny House on Wheels!’ Murray search for salvage materials yielded some great local wooden framed glass doors that were going to landfill. The glass doors give the Tall Tiny House so much more light and also impart a spacious feeling that we havn’t seen in many other Tiny Houses over the years.
